2011 Deuel County Community Foundation Pheasant Hunt

On November 4, twelve hunters hit the windy fields at Dakota Ridge in support of the Community Foundation.

Jim and Linda Dailey, owners of the Dakota Ridge hunting preserve had the idea to donate 100 pheasants to the Deuel County Community Foundation.  This in turn allowed the foundation to invite hunters to Dakota Ridge and raise funds for the foundation to be used towards our fundraising goal.  Hunters paid for their hunts at Dakota Ridge and all proceeds went to the foundation.

A Special Thanks to Jim and

Linda Dailey and Dakota Ridge for their generous donation.

The Clear Lake Historical Society was awarded a $250 grant for the Clear Lake Museum. The grant will be used for repairs on the museum.
